PDF comments can help you to make and integrate edits when you need multiple employees and experts to proofread a document for your business. At some point in this process, you may find it convenient to print out the draft document, including any markups, so that you have a physical document to work with. Use Adobe Acrobat to print out the document with its comments, because while many programs allow you to digitally annotate Adobe PDF documents, they may not provide the same level of control for formatting and printing annotations.
- Open the PDF file in Adobe Acrobat.
- Click the "Edit" menu and select the "Preferences. " option.
- Select the "Commenting" category and click the "Print notes and pop-ups" checkbox. You can also alter the font, background opacity and other comment formatting options from this dialog box.
- Click the "File" menu and choose the "Print. " option to open a dialog box for configuring printing options.
- Click the "Comment and Forms" drop-down box and select "Document and Markup."
- Click "OK" to print the document with comments. Note that only comments or other markups that are currently visible on the digital copy will be printed. Any objects that overlap on the screen will also overlap on the printout.
